1. Bring the printer down from the 3rd floor to the 1st floor then,
2. Go back to the 3rd floor to get some timer for the games then,
3. Go to the control room (and see some osum monitors and real time directing) and
4. Be asked to go the engineering building outside the studio to process some papers then
5. Go back to the control room because the papers were incomplete
6. You know what else happened.
But during free time I managed to take note about some things:
Set construction took forever because the set was divided into so many parts (since its a game show with obstacle courses). So many lights were put up (including the marquees), and they made sure that not one tiny bit of dirt was seen on cam. It started at around lunch time and the actual shoot started at 5pm. In fairness, it was a pretty decent and cool set, the "set construction took forever" part justified.
Oh and of course, there's no way we're going to miss picture taking with The Man. ( I just can't post them right now, don't know why :| )
Some weird observations:
- This writer, who makes the questions, keeps on panicking about whether he has made enough questions for the segment. I wonder why he never though of making enough to keep him from worrying.
- Some people have the bad habit of cramming - printing scripts, food for the audience, etc. I thought cramming was only passable at school.
- Some people don't know how to say "Thank you"
Looking forward for more days like this. :))
Hi! I'm a third year mass communication student, how did you apply for internship in TV5. Did you just send your resume to them or did you go there personally to hand your resume? Thanks!
