Alas! My 75 hours at GMA NMI is over.
For my last two days, I still clipped both variety and Telebabad shows.
I also transcribed interviews of Elmo Magalona and this time I did not have any difficulty transcribing it because there was less noise in the background as compared to the previous soundbites that I have transcribed. Again, it really makes a big big difference when your raw material has been recorded properly. The work becomes more efficient and you can really save a lot of time.
Also, for the first and last time, I had lunch at their canteen together with a new fellow intern. It was just a shame that I was only able to meet a potential new friend from a different school on my last day. I think that we could have shared more about our experiences both in our internship program and the school where we both come from if she entered GMA NMI earlier. hehe
Anyway, it was only after I finished all my works that I have realized that my internship with GMA NMI is finally coming to an end and it really saddened me. Everyone at GMA NMI had been very welcoming and helpful. If there are lessons that I have learned from working there, those are that in the real world, you should really know how to get along with people, learn how to adjust to different work ethics without compromising your own, and that it always pays when you are working with everybody in harmony. :)
