Week 2
June 23, 2010- Wednesday

Day five. I was early awhile ago. I arrived at 10 AM and most of them weren’t there yet so I decided to do some Facebook first since I still had nothing to do. I did my first video at around 11 AM before Ms. Connie sent me to an errand, which was to drop off Herbench posters at the Jamboree Gate for the company to pick up. I got confused which one of their gates was the Jamboree gate so I ended up going back and forth. On my way back to the office, I saw some students trying to talk to the guard to have them personally submit their internship resumes. They did not look like students from the top universities so what the guard did was send them away and told them to just come back. Mean. Proved me how unequal life is, including opportunities.

In the afternoon, Icee and I were asked to make questions for tomorrow’s interview with the Pilyang Kerubin stars, and were told to invent usernames to appear like the questions were asked by the chatters. There I started to pity their actors because they are being given the false illusion that they are famous, and are sought after by their fans. However, I found the liberty to invent usernames quite fun. I wrote down kati_hin, dan_duh12, hahuhuh27, vakluh52, lau_behlat, ilusyon_ada, bowbow_tenge, and many more. And then I found out that Icee did the same too.

If we don’t get fired tomorrow after the interview, then they’re not mad.
