A-LISTER :) (2ND WEEK)

Second Week of Internship

I was assigned to research and write music updates about local and foreign singers (except ABS-CBN’s artists) within July 3-17, 2010. Since my co-intern and friend Mikee is also tasked to do the research, he’s already advised me on what to do. For the whole time that I was there, I browsed the web for music updates. Unfortunately, some artists have no gigs for this month. So I have to continue the research next week.

I saw some artists like Aljur Abrenica, Kiko Rustia, and Eunice Charming Lagunsad. Too bad, I didn’t have my camera with me.

This week, aside from helping the technical director in logging the programs on-air, I've also tried to be a technical director for a day for the program A-List.

I really enjoy working with the staff and other co-interns at DZUP. I am also getting comfortable with the Executive Producers of A-List, Trixie and Chi. I was also asked to join them at the booth and be an A-Lister and chat with them on air. It was a fun and unforgettable experience! In fact, I was inspired to become a DJ in the near future. :)
