We had a meeting with the DZUP faculty two weeks ago since it was now our turn, the new curriculum 2nd batch interns, to handle the DZUP programs. As the president of the 2nd batch interns, I collected all of my batchmates’ resumés with their waivers and evaluation forms and gave it to Sir Edge in my meeting with him today at 11 AM. After that, we discussed about DZUP’s new rules regarding internship including the tasks that we are to be assigned. I came back after my 1PM class to help Sir Edge divide the hours each intern is supposed to spend in DZUP. At first, the time division we first came up with were not that fair since we used each student’s free time to designate the hours he could spend in DZUP. However, not everyone had a lot of free time so some students had more time to spend in DZUP compared to the others. Because of that, we decided to rearrange the schedule again and strip some of the hours from the other students and give it to the others. We ended up giving atleast two hours to each student, which was fairer compared to the previous one.
At the end of the day, I created a table of the final schedule and sent it to my batchmates’ e-mail addresses.
