she said that during her internship at GMA like a long long time ago, she used to have the notion of not doing menial jobs like photocopying because she's from UP and we're not trained to just do this kind of task. but when she graduated and saw the real big world of the media industry out there, she realized ONE THING.
"Photocopying requires thinking, too. You will be photocopying confidential information." She also added that it will be a great privelege to hold such documents for the company's officers are entrusting us, interns, to do the job of reproducing the documents that can make or break it's reputation.
"Pagdating sa script dapat alam niyo na kung ilang kopya, baka mamaya mali ang maibigay niyong script. last ep pa pala ang naibigay niyo, so pa'no na?" This was the statement that made me say at the back of my mind, "oo nga no, it's not bad after all." Even though the papers that we are asked to work on to, may be the thinnest of all, it carries with it the success of a program. even the budget statements, computing the last expenses of a shoot correctly is very important.
i remembered that during my work at House or Not, Ms. Nori, part of the PM team asked me to get the CD from her bulletin board and handed me a CD of the same label. She requested me to get the CD (VTR) from her bulletin board and replace it with the one she gave me. Had i not understood her instructions correctly, the VTR inserts of HON for that episode will be a CRAP and the members of the PM team especially Ms.Nori will be at stake.
with this, Light bulb pops again and i realized that, "the smallest thing can have the biggest impact of all. the smallest thing can be a big thing also."
ooh..this will be my first comment dito sa blog.
